Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter a minimum of one night will be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if no prior notice of cancellation is made and you do not arrive for your stay.
Payment details received will be held as security against any damage that may result from neglectful use of the accommodation by the guest at any time during the guest stay. Brandon Lodge reserves the right to draw money from the payment card to cover the cost of damage.
Check in: 3.30pm till 9.30pm - Check out: 10.30am.
We do allow check in time outside of normal hours but with prior arrangement.
